A certified personal trainer will help get you stronger and toned with the use of dumbbells, bands, bars and various equipment to challenge your body to be the fitter self that it deserves to be. At the end of class, we'll use the mat for core work, cool down and stretching.
Class meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00-10:50am in the Exercise Studio.
3 classes per week: $46 members, $52 non-members
2 classes per week: $36 members, $42 non-members
