Would you like to restore your balance, increase your flexibility and boost your energy level?  The benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong are numerous.  Learn to relax, calm your mind and improve your general health, well-being and longevity.  Also improve strength, stamina, coordination, balance and memory.

If done regularly, Tai Chi Qigong can reduce stress, pain and stiffness as well as improve sleep, enhance immunity and lower blood pressure.  Tai Chi and Qigong have positive effects on osteopenia and cardiovascular diseases.  Class meets on Monday, January 24-March 7 from 1:00-2:00pm.  No class on February 21.
Fees:  $36 member, $42 non-member
