MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY CLASS WITH SUZANNE:  
JUNE 22-AUGUST 19, NO CLASS JULY 6 & 8, HELD WITH ZOOM AND IN PERSON IN COMMUNITY CENTER GYM


TUESDAY/THURSDAY CLASS WITH ASHLEY:  WILL BE OFFERED USING ZOOM THIS SUMMER. WE ARE HOPING TO START IN PERSON CLASSES IN THE FALL.  CLASS DATES JUNE 23-AUGUST 13, 12-12:45PM.


We offer a variety of adult fitness programs.  Classes offered:



  • Strength Training

  • Tighten and Tone

  • Fundamentals of Yoga

  • Gentle Yoga

  • Hatha Yoga

  • Yoga

  • Yin Yoga with Sound Healing

  • Karate

  • Starter Tennis Lessons

Strength Training with Suzanne-evening
  • Total body strength training will give you a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included. The class will utilize free weights, resistance bands, bars, etc. and will include standing and floor work.
  • Need own exercise mat
  • 2 classes offered: Monday and Wednesday, 6:45-7:30pm and 7:45-8:30pm. $88 for 16 classes.
  • Non residents: Registration will start 1 week before start date if space permits. $20 additional fee.
  • Class will be held in the Community Center gym or at home using Zoom. Once we can offer in person classes safely the class will be held at the Community Center.
