Qigong is an ancient healing system based on Traditional Chinese Medicine which science is now discovering how it has helped people physically, mentally and emotionally.  Meditation, acupressure, etc. is also explored. Open to all levels and easy to learn.  Benefits include improved flexibility and strength; improved balance, digestion and circulation; improved mental focus and emotional well-being
