Please join FreedomCare as we present an informative program on Adult Family Living.  AFL is a program in CT that helps senior citizens who have Medicaid or are eligible for Medicaid age in place. This program allows a family member or friend to be a caregiver and get paid to do so. Spend some time with us and learn more about Adult Family Living. Please register for this free program.
