Join Hartford HealthCare Senior Services for an interactive, fun presentation by our experts on the latest trends in healthy eating--MIND diet, free balance screening, information and recommendations for staying active and moving.  Participants will receive healthy recipes, samples of healthy food and a Good Life Fitness gift certificate.  

Refreshments will be provided.
