Chair yoga class
CHAIR YOGA with LYNN:  Enjoy seated and standing poses and routines, accompanied by a variety of options.  We will focus on connecting our breath to each movement, while combining poses to incorporate sychronized flow.  Benefits include:  strength, balance, flexibility, stability and relaxation.  Stretching and mindfulness will open and close each class.  Lynn is a certified Silver Sneakers Yoga instructor.  She has been teaching exercise classes to seniors of all abilities for over 13 years and enjoys incorporating fun into the mix.
Tuesday dates:

Time:  10:00-10:45am
Fee:  $35 for members and $40 for non members

CHAIR YOGA with GIA:  Gia's style of "Yoga in a Chair' is a great experience for ALL fitness levels.  This class will make you feel good all over...by stretching and strengthening every part of the body. The class is gentle yet effective. Mostly done sitting but has a section with standing to work balance and the legs.  Gia has studied and taught yoga since 1970 and has developed her own personal style.

CHAIR YOGA: A perfect class for active older adults or those with mobility issues.  Work on strength, balancing, and toning.
