Silver Sneakers Chair Yoga

This is a class that meets on Saturdays and it is an ongoing program.  The class is open all Silver Sneakers participants and non-silver sneaker participants.  Non silver sneaker participants will pay $20.00/month for all classes held by Nancy.

To Sign-up for this class you will need to sign a waiver form to participate in Silver Sneakers, provide your email address, and Silver Sneakers membership number.

Non members of Silver Sneakers will pay $20.00/month
