T'ai Chi Qigong Virtual Class

This class helps to improve your balance, cognition, sleep & fall prevention.  This 30 minutes will focus on the evidence-based principals & practices for improving balance and functional mobility, and overall health.  This class is designed for a standing, mobile population but most of the exercises can be performed seated or with balance assist device.  All levels of ability are welcome.  This is a friendly & encouraging, follow along format.
