Personal Euphoria exercise classes Register View Cart

Light weights
All classes will be taught by trained, certified instructors from Personal Euphoria.  They will be taught live using Zoom in the comfort of your own home.  The Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the start of the session.  Be sure you are familiar with how Zoom works before the first class.  

All participants must complete a Personal Euphoria Electronic Waiver at www.personaleuphoria.com.  This is a requirement of their insurance company.

The main goal of the classes is to KEEP MOVING!  Movement is vital to physical and mental health.

Barre
  • Barre is a fusion of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training that will lift, tone and sculpt as well and strengthen and tone your core muscles.
  • This full body sculpting class uses a ballet Barre or chair and small, isometric, concentrated movements to create lean muscles.
  • Each class incorporates an upper body workout and a combination of high-intensity sequences of thigh, glute and core exercises.
  • Need a mat, water and 1-2 lb weights
  • Class meets Monday, Sept. 14-Dec. 7, no class 10/12, from 5:45-6:30pm

Pilates
  • Exercises focus on the core muscles which include abs, back, glutes and shoulders. We work to create balance in your trunk and loose, limber limbs.
  • Pilates strives to make you strong and long while improving balance, coordination and posture. Every part of the body gets worked and you'll discover muscles you never knew you had.
  • Need a mat, water, medium flex band and 7.5-9 inch stability ball.
  • Class meets Tuesday, September 15-December 8 from 6:00-6:45pm

Limber Lunch Break-FREE
  • This is a FREE gentle class. It incorporates gentle stretches and fluid movements that manage to both relax and rejuvenate you. We do moves standing, sitting and lying down.
  • Boost your spirits right before you would normally hit that midday slump.

Tighten and Tone
  • Get the endorphins flowing. A Pilates based class designed to strengthen your arms and back, trim and slim your middle through a series of mat-based exercises, and lengthen and define the lower body through body weight resistance to improve balance and stamina.
  • Top off a successful class with a rewarding full body stretch to seal in all your hard work.
