Hip Hop is an urban style type of dance that will work on stretching, flexibility and fitness. Listen to top 40 music incorporating a mix of pop music, techno and oldies. Get a great work out and have fun letting loose while dancing stress away. No dance experience needed. All dance moves can be modified to fit your comfort and your style.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. For ages 18 and up. $50 for 8 classes.
