The 45 minute indoor class is held on stationary bikes. It includes intervals of high and low intensity, standing and sitting on bikes. Fast and intense, and intended to increase cardiovascular endurance and burn calories pre and post workout. A low impact exercise for all levels of fitness.
Sneakers or spin shoes are required. Bring a water bottle and small towel.

Monday, 5:45am and 6:00pm
Tuesday, 6:00pm
Wednesday, 5:45am
Thursday, 9:00am and 6:00pm
Friday, 5:45am
Saturday, 8:00am
Fee: $80 for a 16 class punch card, valid through April 1. You can attend any class you want. Card will be punched by spinning instructor.
Class takes place at the Rocky Hill Tennis and Fitness Center, 1000 Elm Street, 563-8051.
