Designed to develop a strong core while maintaining loose, limber limbs, the exercises provide multiple variations to meet the needs of different body types. It strengthens the body while keeping all the joints mobile and flexible. You'll feel your muscles working and probably break a sweat.
Bring a mat and water bottle to class. Wear loose clothes. Class is done barefoot. Session length is 8 classes.
