YOGA CLASS: Slow Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa Yoga-style class, which links long movements with breath in a way that both relaxes and energizes. Students will work on balance, joint flexibility and building core strength. Although it will improve physical and mental health, this class is not considered therapeutic and is most suitable for those with prior yoga training. Class is for Rocky Hill residents only.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a mat and water bottle. Class is done barefoot.

FREE YOGA IN THE PARK: Yoga in the Park is a Hatha style yoga class for adults in good health who want the joy of movement outside with a group. Class will focus on fun, flow style movements, but will also provide some foundational yoga instruction. A moderate yoga challenge that benefits joints, posture, and overall physical and mental health.
Bring water, a yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothes. You will be required to sign in each class you attend. Class will be cancelled due to inclement weather.
