Slow Flow Yoga is based on the Vinyasa tradition of linking long movements with breath in a way that both relaxes and energizes. Students will work on balance, joint flexibility and building core strength. Class is for Rocky Hill residents only.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a mat and water bottle. Class is done barefoot.
