The Counselor/ Leader In Training (CIT/ LIT) programs have been designed to give students in grades 9–11 experience working with children in a camp environment. Upon their completion, participants will have had the opportunity to work closely with some of our Camp Counselors, Unit Supervisors, Specialists and Directors. In this role, participants will assist Counselors in leading a group of campers which includes directing activities such as sports, arts & crafts, swimming and archery.  Participants will be evaluated on a weekly basis.
