Light weights

Total body strength training will give you a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included.  The class will utilize free weights, bands, bars, etc. and will include standing and floor work.  

Wear work out clothes and bring a mat to class.  16 classes for $88

General Information
  • Due to the popularity of the evening program, registration for non-residents will be 1 week before start date if space permits. $20 additional fee required for night class and $10 additional fee for Saturday class.
