Total body strength training will give you a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included. The class will utilize free weights, bands, bars, etc. and will include standing and floor work.
Wear work out clothes and bring a mat to class.
Saturday session is 8 classes for $44
Week day class is 16 classes for $88
The Saturday class is a boot camp format and takes place in the Community Center gym.
