Light weights

Strength Training:  Total body strength training will give you a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included.  The class will utilize free weights, bands, bars, etc. and will include standing and floor work.  Wear work out clothes and bring a mat to class.  16 classes for $88
Instructors:
Monday, Wednesday and Saturday class, Suzanne McDonald                                                                                      
Tuesday and Thursday noon class, Ashley from Personal Euphoria Pilates


Cardio Strength:  This class provides a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body by using light weights, bands, bars and your own body weight during standing/floor work and core exercises.  The class includes a cardio component to increase endurance and add aerobic activity to your workout.  Bring a mat and water.  8 classes for $65.  Instructor:  Barb from Personal Euphoria Pilates.


General Information
  • Due to the popularity of the evening strength training program, registration for non-residents will be 1 week before start date if space permits. For all non residents there is a $20 additional fee required for noon/night class and $10 for Saturday class.
